We examined the effect of recombinant human macrophage-colony stimulating factor (rhM-
CSF) on mouse macrophage accessory functionsin vitro. The addition of rhM-CSF to an
allogenic mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) consisting of mouse spleen cells suppressed the
