The hSNF5 chromatin-remodeling factor is a tumor suppressor that is inactivated in
malignant rhabdoid tumors (MRTs). A number of studies have shown that hSNF5 re-
expression blocks MRT cell proliferation. However, the pathway through which hSNF5 acts
