The incidence of the major clonal myeloid diseases, clonal cytopenias, acute, subacute
(oligoblastic), and chronic myelogenous leukemia, polycythemia vera, thrombocythemia,
and idiopathic myelofibrosis increases in a log-linear manner from young adulthood through
