Adiponectin is an adipokine with potent anti-inflammatory properties. Treatment of
macrophages with adiponectin results in a suppression of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-
stimulated cytokine production. Here we investigated the transcriptional and post-
transcriptional mechanisms by which adiponectin suppresses LPS-stimulated tumor
