The inducible co-stimulatory molecule (ICOS)/ICOS ligand (ICOSL) co-stimulatory pathway
is critical in T cell activation, differentiation, and effector function. Its role was investigated in
a model of Th1-driven crescentic glomerulonephritis (GN). GN was induced by sensitizing
