Abstract FOXM1 (Forkhead box M1) is a typical proliferation-associated transcription factor,
which stimulates cell proliferation and exhibits a proliferation-specific expression pattern.
Accordingly, both the expression and the transcriptional activity of FOXM1 are increased by
